Romanian 1945-2000 Stamps Collection MNH Complete Sets and FDC

The Stamp Collection has 986 complete sets : stamp sets, minisheets, and souvenirs. The complete stamp sets are formed of : 1 stamp, 2 stamps set, 3 stamps set, 4 stamps set, 5 stamps set, 6 stamps set, etc (the souvenirs / minishteets are not including within the set). The souvenirs and minisheets are part of the total count of 986 complete sets. There is a list below with everything included in this sale. There are 4 incomplete sets that were not included in the total of 986 sets; however, they were used in determining the final asking price of the entire collection (see list below with the asking price of each stamp set / souvenire / minisheet).

The collection comes in 16 stamp albums : 4 albums of 16 double pages, and 12 albums of 8 double pages. They were made in Germany (not sure in West or East). The stamps / souvenirs / minisheets are in Mint Condition Never Hinged. See picture #11 of the listing with the quality of the stamps.

The stamps albums weight over 32 pounds. There are a total of 6 glassine intervals that require scotch tape. The final asking price is based on the value of each stamp set / souvenir / minisheet and the fact that most of them are placed in protective sheets. The final asking price is way below the catalog prices, plus 45% discount was applied of the total sum of the stamps and FDC list prices. There are 83 sets (152 total) of FDC in good condition and 2 maxicards sets (each set has 6). The color of some FDC envelops is shades-of-white ivory maybe? While for others is pure white. The quality of the paper of some FDC is thick (for most of them) while some is very thin. Regarding the shades-of-white color FDC envelopes, I don't know if initially the color was pure white, and then the color faded over the years. Or that was the original color from the beginning. The inside of the envelope doesn't help to determine that.

There are two 1979 Locomotives. Because one of them has a different color. See picture #11 of the listing. I don't know if that's an error or not.

I don't know how many were printed, and what's the real value of it. Same for the 800 LEI STAMP of the 1991 Hotels and Hostel 6v set. You will get two of them because of the differences in the color (see picture #2). You might get duplicate sets; however the "duplicates" were not taking in consideration on determining the final asking price.
