This First Day Cover celebrating the introduction of a 5 cent stamp commemorating the recently assassinated President John F. Kennedy is signed by Clinton J. Hill, Oscar Huber, James B. Donovan, and Janet Lee Auchincloss. The stamp features an image of a candle flame and a portrait of JFK surrounded by the words: And the glow from that fire can truly light the world.
