Uncommon postal first day cover featuring a small affixed glossy photograph of Lugosi as Count Dracula, signed below in fountain pen, Bela Lugosi. Postmarked on Halloween October 31, 1944 in Los Angeles. Lugosi had sent a few of these to his fellow Hungarian friend Stephen Ban and his wife who were living in the LA area along with Lugosi at the time. The address is likely written in the hand of Lugosi. The photo itself is 1 1/2 x 2 and the envelope is 3.125 x 6.5.
