2 complete sets with matching cachets; one with April 14th, 1982 Washington, DC cancellations and the second with State Capitol cancellations. All 100 FDC are mounted in plastic sleeves in a brown leatherette album. Album shows some wear and tear and a few covers may show a slight discoloration.
